Terms of Use

1. Introduction & Acceptance

By accessing or using requestow.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Service Description

Requestow is a technology platform that intends to connect customers in Florida with verified independent transport operators for door-to-door vehicle transport. Through the Site, users may submit quote requests for personal vehicles, dealership transfers, auction pickups, classic and enclosed transport, among others. Requestow does not own or operate vehicles; we facilitate the connection between you and licensed independent operators. Service payment is collected upfront by card, before the carrier is dispatched to pick up the vehicle.

During the current market-validation phase, no bookings are final and no services will be performed. Submissions are used solely to evaluate demand and prioritize service activation by area.

3. How the Service Will Work

  • The user will submit a request through the Site with pickup, drop-off, vehicle and contact information.
  • We will match the request with verified transport operators in our network covering that route.
  • The matched operator will send a fixed quote and an estimated pickup time.
  • If the user accepts, the operator will carry out the transport.
  • We will not guarantee that any operator will accept each request, particularly outside our coverage areas or for unusual requests.

4. Not for Emergencies

The Site is not intended for emergencies, urgent roadside assistance, accident response, or any situation requiring immediate intervention. For emergencies, dial 911 or contact your local emergency services.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you are 18 or older.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; to use the Site for lawful purposes only; and not to scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Site.

7. Independent Contractors

The transport operators we connect users with through Requestow are independent contractors, not employees of Requestow. Requestow does not control and is not responsible for the conduct, performance, licensing, or insurance of such operators.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Requestow or its licensors and is protected under applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REQUESTOW AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY DELAY, NON-RESPONSE, NON-ACCEPTANCE OF A REQUEST, OR DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE INDEPENDENT TRANSPORT OPERATORS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Requestow harmless from any claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
