Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
Requestow is currently a proof of concept aimed at evaluating market demand for vehicle transport services in Florida. Submissions made through requestow.com are used exclusively for market research purposes: no service is being processed or booked at this time.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you fill out the form, how we use it, and how we protect it.
2. Information We Collect
During this market-validation phase, Requestow does NOT store personal information from submitted forms. Specifically, we do not save:
- Your name.
- Your phone number.
- Your email address.
- Exact pickup or drop-off addresses.
- Your license plate, make, or specific model.
- Your IP address.
The only thing we record is an anonymous, aggregated demand counter:
- Total number of submissions received.
- Route city (no street or ZIP — for example "Miami", "Orlando").
- Vehicle type in broad category (sedan, SUV, motorcycle, etc.) and drop-off type (home, auction, etc.).
- Browser language (en/es) and submission date.
This aggregate data lets us understand where demand is highest in Florida without identifying any individual.
3. How We Use Information
We use the anonymous aggregate data to:
- Analyze and evaluate demand for vehicle transport across different Florida areas.
- Identify the routes and service types with the most interest.
- Improve the Site.
We do not use this information to contact you directly, because we do not store contact details. If you want to know when we launch in your area, write to us voluntarily at help@requestow.com.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Legal Basis
We process your information based on your consent (provided when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in conducting market research.
5. Data Sharing
Because we do not store personal information, there is no personal data to share with third parties. The anonymous aggregate form data (count, city, vehicle type, drop-off type) is also not shared with third parties.
Some external technical services loaded on the Site may process information on their own servers, under their own policies:
- Google Maps Places (address autocomplete) — processes the text you type in the address field as you type to suggest locations. We do not receive or store that information.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics — receives aggregate traffic metrics (page visited, country, device). No cookies or personal data. See Section 6.
- Microsoft Clarity — receives anonymized sessions with sensitive fields masked, to produce heatmaps and replays. See Section 6.
None of these services receives the sensitive form contents (name, phone, email, exact addresses, license plate).
6. Cookies and Analytics
To understand in aggregate how the Site is used (which pages are visited, from which countries, which devices…) we use two third-party tools selected for their privacy-first approach:
- Cloudflare Web Analytics — no cookies, no browser fingerprinting, no personal data collection. Cloudflare processes aggregate HTTP requests (page visited, country, device type, referrer) without associating them to a user identifier. More info: cloudflare.com/web-analytics.
- Microsoft Clarity — uses anonymous cookies to reconstruct sessions (heatmaps and screen replays) and understand where users encounter friction. Clarity automatically masks any sensitive data (names, emails, phones, card numbers) in recordings. Cookies expire after 365 days and are not used for advertising. More info and opt-out: clarity.microsoft.com/privacy-policy and privacy.microsoft.com.
Neither of these tools receives form contents (name, phone, email, addresses, license plate). Those fields are automatically masked and never transmitted to Cloudflare or Microsoft.
Internal aggregate analytics: in addition, we maintain our own anonymous in-house log of visits and clicks on our own server to validate demand. We only record: the path of the visited page, the label of the button clicked, browser language, country (if Cloudflare provides it) and a random session identifier stored locally in your browser (rotated every 30 days). We never record IP, user-agent, name, email, phone or any personal data. If you prefer not to participate, you can delete the "rqt_sid" entry from your browser's local storage.
If you wish to opt out of Microsoft Clarity tracking, you can enable the "Do Not Track" option in your browser or use the Microsoft opt-out page (privacy.microsoft.com). For Cloudflare Web Analytics there is no opt-out because no personally identifiable data is collected.
7. Data Retention
We do not retain personal data: your name, phone, email, exact addresses and license plate are discarded immediately on submission and never written to disk. We only retain the aggregate submission counter and anonymous aggregate information (city, vehicle type, drop-off type).
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your information.
- Opt out of communications.
To exercise these rights, contact help@requestow.com.

9. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can delete it.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.
