1. Proof of concept / market research

This website is a proof of concept. Submitted forms are used solely to validate demand for service across different Florida areas. No service is being booked, dispatched, or fulfilled in real time during this phase.

2. What we do NOT store

During this validation phase, Requestow immediately discards and does not write to disk the following information you enter in the form:

• Full name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Exact pickup and drop-off addresses (street, number, ZIP code)
• License plate, year, make, model and specific vehicle color
• GPS coordinates of addresses
• Your IP address, user-agent or referer

3. What we do record (anonymous and aggregate)

We only record anonymous metrics that let us measure demand without identifying any individual user:

• A total counter of submissions received
• The route's city (for example "Miami" or "Orlando"), without street or ZIP
• The general vehicle category (sedan, SUV, motorcycle, etc.)
• The destination type (home, auction, dealership, etc.)
• Browser preferred language (en/es) and submission date

4. Technology platform, not a service provider

Requestow is a software platform that connects users with licensed independent transport operators. We are not a transport company and do not operate any vehicles.

5. Independent Contractors

Any future collaboration with transport operators will be carried out with licensed independent contractors, not employees of Requestow.

6. Service Availability

This website must not be used for emergencies or immediate roadside assistance situations. For emergencies, please call 911.

7. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information provided on our website. However, we are not responsible for any errors or omissions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Requestow is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, arising from the use of this proof of concept.
